Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Below are the details of our refund and cancellation policy for event registrations:

  • Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to events@iccoa.org. Please include your registration details for reference.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event start date.
  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of event cancellation or postponement, participants will be eligible for a full refund of the registration fee. However, we are not responsible for other costs incurred, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
